1. You Own Your Drawings
You retain full ownership of any drawings or images you upload to DrawDust. We do not claim any rights to your content. By uploading, you grant DrawDust a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the animation service.
2. How We Use Your Content
We store your uploaded drawings and generated animations in order to provide the service — including displaying your animation on your share page. We do not sell, license, or share your content with third parties, except as required to operate the service (e.g. cloud storage providers).
3. No AI Training
Your drawings and animations are never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. Your content is used only to generate your animation and nothing else.
4. Credits and Payments
Animation credits are non-refundable once used. If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, we will restore your credit. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. DrawDust does not store your card details.
5. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use DrawDust. If you are under 13, you may only use the service with verified parental consent and supervision. By using DrawDust, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. DrawDust reserves the right to remove content and terminate access for violations of these terms.
7. AI-Generated Content
DrawDust uses third-party AI models to generate animations. We cannot guarantee specific results. AI-generated content may differ from the original artwork in appearance, style, or accuracy. By using DrawDust, you acknowledge that animation results are AI-generated and may vary. Credits used for generations are non-refundable regardless of the animation output.

DrawDust is not affiliated with any school, educational institution, or children's organization. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
